Western Shows

A Helping Hoof puts on a series of western shows throughout the year. There are typically 4 - 6 shows a year. Participants who ride in at least 3 of the shows will qualify for an end of year overall champion award.
These shows are meant to be fun shows, so all breeds are welcome as well as all levels of riders and horses. We don't have any specific requirements, so horses and riders may show in whatever they feel is appropriate (please keep it family friendly though). Riders under 19 must wear a helmet.

$10 grounds fee
$5 per class or $45 for all the classes, grounds fee included (best value!)
Divisions:
To help continue our efforts at making it a fun show, we have several divisions for riders to enter.
  • Youth 13 and under
  • Youth 14 - 17
  • Youth (Walk, Trot)
  • Leadline (Youth under 6, Adults who are unable to control their horse without assistance)
  • Adult (Walk, Trot)
